Job Description:
Join our team in a full-time role based in Charlotte, NC, providing strategic leadership in procurement and sourcing.
This position involves driving cost reductions and building supplier relationships to support operational goals.
Proficiency in general office software and management systems is required.
Key Responsibilities
Train and develop the procurement team to meet business objectives.
Lead cost reduction initiatives across all spend categories.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align supply with demand.
Build and manage a high-performing supplier base internationally.
Facilitate communication between demand and supply teams.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a procurement operation.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency with general office software; particularly spreadsheets.
Experience with an order management system at an intermediate or greater level.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
