Position Overview:
- To assist in Governance arm of Procurement Department with quality assurance and compliance activities resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated there with.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data validation and transition to new systems.
- Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts.
- Assist with ad hoc projects.
Skills:
- Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy.
- Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand.
- Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience.
- Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant.
- Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
