Our client is seeking a Process Technician to support production operations in a manufacturing environment focused on advanced electronic systems. This position will provide hands-on support within the Select Solder production cell and play an important role in maintaining process performance, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on soldering experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

  • Provide production support within the Select Solder cell
  • Build products from written instructions by operating a select soldering machine
  • Inspect products and perform rework as required
  • Operate select solder equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
  • Provide feedback on process performance and collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
  • Follow quality standards and manufacturing procedures to ensure product integrity
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of direct experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating select solder or wave solder equipment
  • Experience with manual soldering and product inspection
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with select solder and wave solder processes
  • Experience with manual soldering
  • Experience performing product inspection
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Skills

  • J-STD or IPC certification
  • Rework certification
  • Associate degree

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
