Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We’re looking for a Process Technician / Machine Setup Operator to join a growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who wants to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up and start up injection/blow molding machines for production runs
• Adjust and maintain machine settings for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
• Support tooling changes and assist with minor repairs
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Help keep the production floor clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous machine setup, process tech, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Experience in molding or similar manufacturing environments is a plus
• Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide operators
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent reaching and light to moderate physical activity
• Lift up to 25 lbs as needed

• Perform preventative maintenance and operator maintenance
• Engaged in power plant operations
• Operate computerized plant control system and equipment specific control panels
• Wash, or wire brushes plant equipment
• Perform required safety inspections for plant area, mechanical equipment, safety equipment and grounds
• Help drive improvements in the production process
• Report problems concerning the equipment in the plant
• Operate the computerized plant control system
• Understand and follow plant procedures
• Given for safety and health of persons by the operator or a supervisor at the operation
• Perform and record process field readings on all equipment
• Bring all problems to attention of manager
• Maintain product quality, equipment performance and production performance
• Clean up work area and follow prescribed safety procedures in equipment operations
• Perform basic equipment preventative maintenance
• Make recommendations for quality and process improvements
• Clean all processing equipment per operating instructions
• Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Ensure conformance to process specifications
• Maintain and update process/safety/equipment reading/log sheets to record conditions
