Process Pro – Continuous Improvement

We’re hiring a Process Pro II to support continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands?on, shop?floor role focused on leading process improvement projects and partnering with cross?functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives
• Analyze problems and implement practical solutions
• Track process metrics and ensure improvements stick
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year manufacturing or operations experience
• 1+ year continuous improvement experience
• Project or team leadership experience
• Strong problem?solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a factory environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt experience
• Experience working with union and salaried employees
• Familiarity with data or smart factory tools (Power BI, Tableau, Ignition)
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Technology, Management or similar)
• Equivalent experience considered
• Recent graduates welcome
