Job Title: Process Engineering Manager

What's the Job?

  • Lead and oversee process engineering activities to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
  • Mentor and develop engineering staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
