What's the Job?
- Lead and oversee process engineering activities to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
