We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is integral to optimizing manufacturing operations and ensuring the highest quality standards in product development and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage manufacturing process control plans and standard operating procedures to ensure product compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to maintain quality standards and oversee product manufacturing.
  • Utilize statistical tools for process control and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on procedural compliance.
  • Resolve production issues in real-time and deliver comprehensive progress and yield reports to management.
  • Contribute to the specification and identification of equipment and material requirements.
  • Support new project designs with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) insights.
  • Engage in other related duties as required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in process implementation and yield improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a formal approach to resolution.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and in various settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in setting and achieving goals, and effectively communicating priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering is preferred, though other educational backgrounds will be considered based on relevant work experience. Experience in printed circuit board, solar, semiconductor, plating operations, or circuit board assembly is advantageous.
