HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their safety-conscious team in La Porte, TX ! The Process Engineer provides technical leadership for identified engineering projects. Coordinates with engineering, operations, and maintenance to implement engineering and process improvements and gain efficiencies. Provides technical services for the development of process instructions.

Essential Functions/Tasks:
  • Provide technical leadership for engineering projects and lead assignments for difficult projects.
  • Coordinates with engineering, operations, and maintenance to implement engineering and process improvements to gain efficiencies.
  • Provide technical services for the development of process instructions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical groups to identify and implement best practices.
  • May design/ redesign mechanical devices, develop prototypes, and produce technical documents when necessary.
  • May conduct analysis of process data to define effect and variation of identified parameters from test results.
  • Support continuous improvement program to existing processes.
  • May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.

What does it take to work for HPC Industrial:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering.
  • Related Experience: 5 to 7 years.
  • Alternative: Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
