Job Details
In this role, you’ll be a key partner in helping us build smarter, faster, and better. You’ll collaborate closely with our wire engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality output.
Your day-to-day may include:
Partnering with engineering and production teams to improve speed, efficiency, and quality
Becoming the go-to expert on our manufacturing equipment
Supporting equipment installations, upgrades, and validation activities
Troubleshooting process issues and providing hands-on technical support
Leading investigations into equipment malfunctions and process deviations
Planning and executing preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Training engineers and operators on proper setup, operation, and maintenance
Designing tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturability
Helping develop new manufacturing processes to support new product launches
Creating and maintaining clear process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs
Participating in root cause analysis and failure investigations to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, collaborative, and excited to improve systems and processes.
You’ll likely be a great fit if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, and related systems
Experience with 3D design software (SolidWorks), 2D drawings, and GD&T
