Morrow Renewables is a leader in U.S. landfill gas-to-energy (LFGTE) projects. With over 20 years in renewable natural gas (RNG) project development and operations, we design, build, and operate systems that convert landfill gas into pipeline-quality natural gas.
We are seeking a Process Engineer (Level I or II) to support design, optimization, and operation of RNG facilities. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle—including process design, automation integration, fabrication oversight, field commissioning, and ongoing plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve gas treatment and upgrading processes Analyze plant data and troubleshoot performance issues Develop, review, and issue construction drawing packages (PFDs, P&IDs, and related documents) Coordinate with fabricators and perform equipment walkdowns during fabrication Support design and modification of gas processing systems Collaborate with controls/automation engineers to develop and improve plant control systems Participate in commissioning activities, including PSSRs and startup/shutdown procedures Develop and interpret P&IDs and process documentation Contribute to plant optimization and best practices Support equipment specification and procurement Assist with greenfield and brownfield project developmentMinimum Qualifications
BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical data and process systems Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in gas processing, O&G, or similar industry Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g., ProMax) Experience with P&IDs and field/plant environmentsCompensation
