Our client, an innovative engineering-driven organization in Camarillo, California, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting manufacturing and process development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Camarillo, California
Pay Range:$85,000 - $120,000
What's the Job?
- Analyze product and equipment specifications to determine feasible manufacturing designs using existing facilities and methods.
- Assess the feasibility of designing new plant equipment or modifying current facilities considering costs, space, and technical factors.
- Provide technical insights on manufacturing techniques, materials, and process advantages to support long-term planning.
- Collaborate with research teams to clarify design requirements and develop detailed drawings using 2-D and 3-D CAD software.
- Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specifications.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar process engineering role.
- Experience working in a machining environment and designing manufacturing equipment.
- Strong skills in workflow analysis, bottleneck identification, and data analysis related to KPIs, yield improvement, and cycle times.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
