Salary: $70,000-85,000 + bonus potential

Specialize in ProAVL design and installation, AVL installation, configuration services, hardware sales, and technology deployment for customers throughout the East Coast.
Job Summary
The Project Manager, ProAVL Services, plans, directs, and coordinates multiple projects concurrently, with project life cycles ranging from one week to several months.
This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and objectives while managing change and ensuring delivery within budget and timeframe.
The Project Manager also provides leadership to project teams and is responsible for training, development, and contributing to hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Develop and maintain processes for Implementation Services delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and clients to define project scope, timelines, and requirements
- Assign project personnel and determine staffing needs per phase
- Review project progress, schedules, and reports
- Maintain project documentation and reporting standards
- Ensure availability of installation supplies
- Lead training initiatives and develop training materials
- Assist HR with hiring and updating job descriptions
- Manage direct reports (performance reviews, timesheets, PTO, disciplinary actions)
- Coordinate team workload and training when not deployed
- Conduct onsite visits as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean record
- AVIXA CTS Certification (within 1 year of hire)
Preferred:
- 3+ years of ProAVL installation experience
- CAPM or PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
