Private Ranch maintenance and groundskeeper

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
• Proven experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of, and comfort with, animal care for small livestock.
• Practical hands-on skills in minor repairs and mechanical aptitude for equipment upkeep.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative, time management, and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks and in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Maintnece : 
Conduct routine inspections of main residence and outbuildings, coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance with external vendors, manage basic inventory of supplies, and ensure overall security and operational readiness of the property.
• Groundskeeping: 
Maintain all landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation. Care for gardens, lawns, and pathways. Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, clearing from driveways and walkways, and general upkeep to preserve the estate's aesthetic look.
• Farmhand Duties: 
Provide daily care for a small number of animals (e.g., feeding, watering, basic health monitoring). Maintain pastures, paddocks, and related fencing. Operate and perform basic maintenance on groundskeeping equipment and utility vehicles.

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Drug and alcohol, free individual.
• Respect for privacy and a professional, discreet demeanor.
