Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Private Markets Operations & Workflow Support

  • Support operational processes across private equity, private credit, and other private market strategies

  • Track investment activity from initial approval through execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring

  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems, deal trackers, and portfolio databases

Reporting & Data Management

  • Assist with recurring portfolio, performance, and exposure reporting

  • Support data reconciliation between investment teams, fund accounting, and external administrators

  • Maintain and enhance standardized reporting templates and dashboards

Investment Committee & Documentation Support

  • Coordinate materials, data, and approvals for investment committee meetings

  • Support preparation, review, and quality control of investment memos and summaries

  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and audit-ready records

Fund & Portfolio Support

  • Assist with capital calls, distributions, valuations, and portfolio company reporting

  • Support tracking of follow-on investments, exits, and realized/unrealized performance

  • Coordinate with fund operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation and improvement of investment operations tools and systems

  • Identify process inefficiencies and assist with operational enhancements

  • Contribute to documentation of workflows and best practices
