Private Markets Coaches are a core advisory tier within the ecosystem—providing high-trust guidance, coaching, and strategic perspective to funds, sponsors, and emerging talent operating across private capital markets.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Coaches to deliver strategic coaching and advisory support across fund formation, capital raising, deal execution, and portfolio strategy within private markets.

This is not a traditional employment role. Coaches operate as independent contractors and are activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Coaches:

• Coach fund managers and sponsors on private markets strategy, positioning, and decision-making

• Guide analysts and deal scouts in developing sound judgment across deals, diligence, and execution

• Provide capital markets perspective grounded in real transaction experience

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven visibility

• Build a verified Coach Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is designed for seasoned private markets professionals who can elevate others through insight, pattern recognition, and experience-based guidance.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Coaches may:

• Coach fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising narratives

• Support deal sponsors with structuring strategy, diligence framing, and negotiation preparation

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on private markets fundamentals, execution risk, and investment judgment

• Provide portfolio-level coaching focused on value creation, capital allocation, and operational strategy

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, or strategic partners

Coaches focus on strategic guidance, coaching, and decision support rather than hands-on execution or day-to-day modeling unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Coaching & Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee preparation, and transaction strategy

• Portfolio company strategy and value creation frameworks

• Private markets career development and analyst mentorship

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is based on demonstrated private markets experience, transaction exposure, and the ability to coach others through real-world scenarios.

Compensation & Engagement Economics

• Coaches operate as independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, market exposure, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be available for coaching tied to successful deal outcomes

• Payments issued after completion of approved coaching milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-impact contributions

How Coaches Get Activated

1. Submit a Coach application detailing background, private markets experience, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Receive platform visibility and engagement eligibility

4. Begin coaching funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This activation process ensures credibility, selectivity, and access to real opportunities.

• Act on behalf of Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
