Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Strategists to deliver strategic, operational, and capital-market advisory to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is an independent contractor role. Strategists operate autonomously through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Strategists:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and ecosystem credibility

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere network

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of leading capital transactions and investment initiatives.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Strategists may:

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Strategists focus on high-level strategic guidance and relationship-driven deal activation. Day-to-day transactional modeling is handled by analysts unless specifically approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor engagement

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

1. Submit a Private Capital Strategist application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live opportunities.

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work focuses on strategic guidance, mentoring, and deal support, compliant with applicable securities laws.
