Role Overview
Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Private Capital Review Analysts.
This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.
Once approved, Private Capital Review Analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to live private capital opportunities requiring structured review
Support investors, fund managers, and sponsors with deal screening and evaluation
Contribute to transaction readiness and investment decision support
Build a verified review and evaluation track record tied to an Analyst Rating Score

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges
Senior Private Capital Review Analyst
Rating Score: 90–100
Pay: $150–200/hour
Typical Background:
Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, private credit, infrastructure, real estate private equity, or senior transaction advisory professionals with 5+ years of investment review experience.
Lead Private Capital Review Analyst
Rating Score: 80–89
Pay: $100–150/hour
Typical Background:
Finance professionals with 3–5 years of deal evaluation, underwriting, or transaction execution experience.
Private Capital Review Analyst
Rating Score: 60–79
Pay: $50–100/hour
Typical Background:
Entry to mid-level analysts with strong financial analysis, modeling, and risk review capabilities.
What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)
Depending on your certification approvals, Private Capital Review Analysts may be engaged for:
Investment Screening & Review
Initial deal screening and qualification analysis
Financial statement review and normalization
Business model and revenue quality assessment
Capital structure review
Risk identification and red flag reporting
Preliminary valuation assessments
Financial Modeling & Capital Analysis
3-statement financial modeling
DCF / LBO modeling
Private credit and structured finance review
Commercial real estate underwriting
Sensitivity and downside scenario analysis
Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
Investment Committee & Capital Review Support
Investment memo preparation and structuring
Executive summary drafting
Data room review and organization
Return profile and risk-adjusted performance analysis
Sponsor and management team evaluation summaries
Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

Certification & Eligibility
To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Analyst Rating Score
Each Private Capital Review Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Platform visibility
Approved review and analysis categories
Recommended hourly rates
Eligibility for higher-tier investment mandates
Compensation & Deal Terms
Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues

All work is limited to analytical, review, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
