Private Capital Coaches are a core advisory tier within the ecosystem—working closely with sponsors, funds, and investors to refine capital strategy, strengthen decision-making, and develop high-performing investment teams, while earning through high-impact advisory engagements.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Coaches to provide strategic, capital-focused coaching and guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role. Coaches operate as independent contractors and are activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Coaches:

• Coach fund managers and sponsors on capital strategy, portfolio construction, and investment positioning

• Guide fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and capital planning decisions

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building institutional-quality capital judgment and execution discipline

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Coach Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for seasoned private capital professionals who combine transaction experience with strong coaching and advisory instincts.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Coaches may:

• Coach fund managers on capital strategy, LP communications, and fundraising narratives

• Advise on capital structuring, deal positioning, and risk-return tradeoffs

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on underwriting logic, diligence thinking, and IC preparedness

• Provide portfolio-level guidance on capital deployment, optimization, and value creation

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, or strategic partners

Coaches focus on high-level capital coaching, strategic guidance, and mentorship, rather than hands-on transactional execution or day-to-day modeling unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Capital structuring, portfolio construction, and allocation frameworks

• Deal strategy and investment committee support

• Portfolio and platform-level capital optimization

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

Approval is granted based on experience, private capital track record, and demonstrated ability to coach decision-makers on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Coaches are independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions to closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-value contributions

How Coaches Get Activated

1. Submit a Coach application detailing background, capital experience, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin coaching funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities.

Compliance Notice

Private Capital Coaches do not:

• Provide investment advice to the public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside of approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All coaching and advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support.
