About This Opportunity:

The Privacy team partners with business units across the enterprise to support InComm’s global data protection and privacy compliance program’s Privacy-by-Design initiatives. The Privacy Analyst I will support the operational execution of the company’s privacy program, with a focus on data inventory management, data mapping, and privacy compliance documentation.  InComm Payments equips its Privacy team with leading governance and data intelligence platforms to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight. The Privacy Analyst I will work directly with enterprise privacy technology tools, including OneTrust and BigID, as well as internal AI-enabled reporting and workflow tools. Team members receive structured training on responsible AI usage and practical application of AI tools within privacy operations. These tools are used to enhance data inventory accuracy and data mapping insights, identify potential privacy risk patterns across systems and processes, improve KPI tracking and compliance reporting, and streamline documentation and assessment workflows

 

This role works closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of data processing activities and supports ongoing privacy impact assessments and program monitoring. This position reports to the Senior Associate General Counsel, Privacy and AI and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

The Privacy Analyst I works closely with business partners to support the company’s global privacy program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize enterprise privacy technology platforms (including OneTrust, BigID, and AI-enabled reporting tools) to support data mapping, assessment workflows, and privacy program metrics.  Training provided.
  • Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to document data flows, systems, and processing activities.
  • Maintain and update the company’s data inventory and records of processing activities in designated privacy management tools.
  • Review data processing activities to evaluate privacy risks associated with new and existing products, systems, vendors and processes.
  • Assist in completing and tracking Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
  • Promote enterprise Privacy-by-Design initiatives by helping embed privacy into the development lifecycle.
  • Support remediation tracking related to privacy assessments and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain privacy program documentation, including policies, procedures, and internal records.
  • Prepare reports and metrics related to privacy compliance activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Information Security, IT, Product, and Operations.
  • Participate in privacy training and certification programs as required.  Attend 1-2 privacy conferences annually.  All costs covered by InComm Payments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, data governance, legal operations, business analysis, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
  • Experience with governance, risk, or compliance systems is a plus.
  • Prior privacy experience is not required; selected candidate will complete privacy training as part of onboarding.
