Location: Lynnfield, MA
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary
The Print Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring a fleet of high-volume printing equipment to produce critical documents for industries such as banking, mutual funds, transportation, and healthcare. This role works closely with scheduling and operations teams to meet strict client SLAs and supports peak production periods including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage multiple printers simultaneously in a production environment
Run and monitor client printing equipment, including:
288 Nuveras
157 Nuveras
Versants
Baltoro Inkjet
Trivor Inkjet
1300 c/f Lines
Execute print jobs during high-volume peak periods
Perform preventive maintenance and routine quality checks
Identify, document, and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to leads or management
Monitor equipment continuously to ensure proper operation
Review printed materials to ensure all quality standards are met
Complete all required production and quality documentation
Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions
Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth production flow
Troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate effectively to minimize downtime
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to handle multiple printers and tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working with numbers and data-driven processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with FLEX and OOM preferred
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
