The Video Network team is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to lead the supply-side product strategy that builds the most compelling, robust video ad network in the industry-one that delivers exceptional outcomes for advertisers through innovative supply solutions and sophisticated network capabilities. As a Principal Tech PM, you will be the strategic product leader responsible for establishing a multi-year vision for our video supply network. This role requires thinking big about how to transform our supply landscape: identifying and onboarding premium publishers, designing innovative supply products that differentiate our network, and building the technical capabilities that unlock superior advertiser performance. You will define our supply network product strategy, develop compelling product experiences that attract and retain high-quality publishers, and create scalable product roadmaps that drive global supply growth. This role will lead the global network expansion effort, working with multiple cross-org, cross-region leaders to unlock new locales and forge strategic publisher relationships that strengthen our competitive position. You'll leverage deep technical expertise combined with product vision to evaluate supply opportunities, design innovative network capabilities that maximize inventory quality and yield, and execute strategies that establish our video network as the premier destination for both publishers and advertisers. A successful candidate brings strategic product vision with a relentless focus on supply-side innovation, thrives in ambiguity while delivering concrete results, can lead through influence at all levels, and brings technical depth to transform complex supply challenges into breakthrough product solutions. You must possess the ability to identify unmet publisher needs and supply gaps, develop sophisticated supply growth strategies, create product experiences that make our network irresistible to publishers, and drive product roadmaps that balance short-term supply wins with long-term network transformation. This role demands someone who can think multi-year while shipping incrementally, who understands what makes a video ad network truly differentiated, and who can rally cross-functional teams around a bold vision for supply excellence. Key job responsibilities - Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for our global video network, developing business cases for new product capabilities - Identify and prioritize product opportunities that unlock revenue growth across supply and demand partners - Design and execute multi-year product strategies that enable compelling go-to-market approaches, including product packaging, pricing models, and sales enablement - Lead product requirements definition and work closely with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions - Drive product-led partnerships that enhance our network offering and publisher value proposition - Influence cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, business development, and operations to align on product strategy - Own product performance metrics, business reviews, and strategic planning processes with senior leadership - Represent product strategy and decisions to executive stakeholders About the team The Multi-Publisher Network (MPN) Video team is building innovative advertising solutions that help brands achieve their marketing objectives across Amazon's premium video content. We're focused on developing products and technologies that simplify how advertisers access scaled reach while delivering measurable outcomes-from awareness to performance. Our work spans product development, technology innovation, and cross-functional collaboration as we shape the future of video advertising at Amazon. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
