Job Duties: Create voice call security and protection products for enterprises. Understand the market need, define solutions, pull together the needed partners, work with the data modeling and engineering teams to make it happen, and anticipate needs to add new features that grow value. Learn about voice call security and how bad actors circumvent existing protections. Become a subject matter expert on the fraud vulnerabilities related to communications with their customers and employees for high-risk enterprises (i.e. banks, retail, healthcare, telecom). Collaborate with internal and external teams to define long-term strategy and objectives. Seek internal and external partnerships that drive the product forward. Work with the modeling and engineering teams, designers, and other product managers to establish quarterly goals, activities, and the key results to measure success. Lead the creation of users stories, specs, roadmaps, and own the prioritization of tasks and activities. Represent the product (and the company) in visits to partners and customers. Participate and influence other products, strategies and roadmaps. Work closely with customer success, sales, and operations teams at Hiya to improve customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Travel required up to 10% to domestic and international locations. May telecommute up to 60% of time within normal commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master of Business Administration, or the foreign degree equivalent, and 5 years of experience in product management, leading new product development, and/or managing a portfolio of SaaS products. This experience must include:
• 5 years owning end-to-end product management for technical or software/IT services: defining strategies, requirements, roadmaps, and features for complex applications or infrastructures.
• 5 years managing the full product lifecycle: market/user research, functional specifications, cost/benefit analysis, go-to-market execution, and iterative releases.
• 5 years integrating machine learning models into product solutions for fraud or risk management.
• 5 years working in highly regulated industries, with international compliance considerations.
• 5 years utilizing SQL-based data tools and analytical dashboards to measure product performance.
• 5 years developing business strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating complex ideas in verbal and written form.
• 3 years implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional team coordination.
• 3 years mentoring and developing junior product managers or designers.
• 3 years working with international, geographically dispersed teams across time zones.
• 3 years overseeing vendor or data-partner evaluations, onboarding, and integrations.
• 2 years working on enterprise security products within a telecom or telecom adjacent domain.
• 2 years creating or managing product UX across mobile and web channels.

SALARY: $235,373 to $256,667 per year.
LOCATION OF
EMPLOYMENT: Full time; 40 hours per week. Position at Hiya, Inc., located in Seattle, WA. Travel required up to 10% to domestic and international locations. May telecommute up to 60% of time within normal commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
