Join an innovative outpatient primary care organization focused on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care for seniors. Our welcoming neighborhood clinics emphasize continuity, longer visits, and meaningful physicianpatient relationships.

Highlights:

• Outpatient only | Primary Care

• MondayFriday, 8am5pm

• Minimal call (market-based rotation)

• Dedicated care team per physician

• Transportation support (Uber/Lyft) and complimentary wellness programs for patients
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $270,000 base salary

• Up to 20% annual bonus

• $100,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to 29 days PTO

• Full benefits + malpractice with tail

Requirements:

• MD or DO

• Board Certified/Eligible FM or IM

• Geriatrics experience a plus

• Active medical license & DEA
