Rediscover Why You Chose Medicine.
Imagine practicing in an environment where you have the time to truly care for your patients, collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, and focus on outcomes instead of volume. At LifeCircles PACE, our physicians build meaningful relationships with older adults while delivering proactive, whole-person care that helps participants live safely and independently.
This is medicine as it was meant to be practiced thoughtfully, collaborative, and deeply impactful.

Why Physicians Are Choosing PACE:
  • Smaller Patient Panels – Deliver personalized, relationship-based care without the pressure of high patient turnover.
  • Predictable Schedule – Monday–Friday hours with flexibility and no traditional hospital call, supporting a sustainable career and personal life.
  • Team-Based Model – Work alongside pharmacists, therapists, social workers, and advanced practice providers who share responsibility for patient outcomes. You are supported — not siloed.
  • Quality Over Productivity – Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness rather than RVU-driven metrics.
  • Mission-Driven Work – Help frail seniors remain in their homes and communities while dramatically improving their quality of life.
The Impact You’ll Make:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will guide the medical care of PACE participants through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and ongoing clinical leadership within the Interdisciplinary Team.
