Key Responsibilities of the Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist

• Prepare, review, and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs) for multiple states while ensuring compliance with all prevailing wage regulations as the Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist
• Verify accuracy across Statement of Compliance, wage records, classifications, deductions, and fringe benefit documentation as the Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist
• Confirm employees are paid accurately per wage determinations, job classifications, fringe requirements, and locality‑specific wage tables as the Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist
• Audit payroll calculations, research discrepancies, and resolve missing or incorrect payroll items in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as the Prevailing Wage Payroll Specialist
