High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in printing technology preferred.
Proven experience operating offset printing presses (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, or similar).
Strong understanding of printing processes, color theory, ink systems, and paper types.
Ability to read and interpret job tickets, specifications, and production schedules.
Skilled in press setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
Knowledge of quality control standards and ability to ensure color accuracy and print consistency.
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures.
Set up and operate printing equipment.
- Ensure press runs efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on presses and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Prepare machines by loading paper, adjusting ink levels, and configuring press settings for each job. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficiently and minimize downtime. Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow. Follow safety procedures and quality control guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
