Founded in 1985, the company operates a 60,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned facility and serves industries including medical devices, automotive, hybrid battery technology, and electronics. Compensation:
Hourly rate ranging from $24 to $40, commensurate with experience

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Lead Setup/Operator to join our precision metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Amada RG series press brakes and NC9EX controls, and a proven track record in leadership within a production environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program, set up, and operate Amada RG series press brakes for medium to complex jobs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of up to six operators to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Interpret job requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain ISO standards and enforce all safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and serve as a liaison with customers when necessary.
     
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of precision press brake setup/operation experience.
  • At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a metal fabrication environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Amada RG series machines and NC9EX controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and safety compliance.
