About the Role:
As a key member of our early‑childhood program, you’ll help create a nurturing, playful, and engaging environment for children from infancy through toddlerhood. If you love inspiring curiosity, supporting development, and bringing joy to each day, this is the perfect place for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan fun, appropriate lessons that spark imagination and learning.
- Engage with children during play, meals, and daily activities.
- Build a safe, welcoming classroom full of creativity and exploration.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for adventure.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to plan activities and events.
- Stay up‑to‑date on early‑childhood best practices.
What You Bring:
- EEC Certification (required).
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or another childcare setting.
- Positive behaviors support skills.
- Ability to create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A nurturing personality and strong organizational habits.
