Job Title: Presales Structural Engineer
Location: Pelzer, SC

Job Overview:We are seeking a Presales Structural Engineer to support the design and development of modular steel structures. This role involves structural analysis, 3D modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver safe and efficient engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Design and develop modular steel structures and support structural engineering activities
• Create 3D models and perform structural calculations (static & dynamic analysis)
• Prepare and review technical documentation including drawings, layouts, and specificationsEnsure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and best engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architectural, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing) for project execution
• Review and validate vendor/subcontractor designs and technical documents
• Provide support during fabrication, assembly, and site activities to resolve structural issues
• Assist in material selection, technical specifications, and project requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in structural design, preferably with steel or modular structures
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in tools like Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, Robot, SCIA Engineer, IDEA StatiCa
• Knowledge of anchoring design tools and MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities with attention to detail
