Charitybuzz is seeking a Presales Account Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of our pre-sale’s activities, supporting our Account Managers in their interactions with clients, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the pre-sale process. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence four days a week at our vibrant New York City office.

Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders - working closely with members of the Inventory Acquisition Team and Post Sales Services Team to deliver an exceptional experience for the Organizations we work with.
- Presales Support: Work closely with account managers to understand their objectives and requirements for each auction and/or campaign, providing operational support and guidance as needed.
- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing information about upcoming auctions/campaigns, and facilitating the consignment process.
- Catalog Management: Coordinate the creation and production of auction catalogs or campaign launches (as applicable), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to branding standards.
- Consignment Management: Manage the consignment process, including inventory tracking, condition reporting, and documentation management.
- Bidder Activity: Assist clients with bidder registration and provide guidance on auction procedures and bidding options; support live lot questions and double sales, as needed.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and consignment details in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve pre-sales operations processes, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account managers, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and coherence in messaging and approach.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses to track presales activities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Local to NYC area (hybrid work environment with 4 days in office)
- Generalized prior experience w/ project management and/or sales support
- Highly organized, with prior experience prioritizing multiple tasks
- Comfort w/ Microsoft Suite/Google Suite
- Strong written communication skills
