Job Title: Part-Time Prep Cook / Dishwasher

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Prep Cook/Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, chopping, and portioning ingredients
• 
  Follow recipes and prep lists as directed by the kitchen staff
• 
  Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• 
  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and dish station
• 
  Take out trash and recycling and keep work areas sanitary
• 
  Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• 
  Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 
  Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
• 
  Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• 
  Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• 
  Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• 
  Positive attitude and willingness to help the team
