The Role:
As a Prep Cook, you’ll work closely with our culinary team to ensure ingredients and stations are ready for service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect, while also supporting the team with dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with daily food prep, including washing, chopping, portioning, and labeling ingredients

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep station

• Keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares clean and ready for use

• Help receive and put away deliveries

• Sweep, mop, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness

• Support janitorial tasks and deep cleaning projects as needed

• Learn new skills and grow into additional kitchen responsibilities

Schedule:

Full & Part time positions available. Flexible hours between 6am - 5pm — no late nights!
