What You'll Do:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for cooking and plating
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep station
- Follow recipes and food preparation standards consistently
- Support the kitchen team during high-volume service periods
- Handle food storage and inventory management
- Assist with basic food prep tasks including chopping, mixing, and marinating
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
You have a passion for food preparation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience in a kitchen is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all else. Able to lift 50 lbs. Availability for 5-6 days per week during the holiday season is essential. Potential for full time position after the holidays for the right candidate.
