Idealy a 2 year degree in Machining, CNC Manufacturing, Machine tool technology or other similar degree is prefered.
Associated work experience is also preferred but not required.
In this job you will need to be able to read prints and distinguish between a machining print and a grinding print.
You will need to be able to set up your own inspection equipment, including but not limited to, gage block buildups, pressure micrometers and veneers.
Being able to run both manual and CNC ID and OD grinding machines along with mills and lathes.
Keeping your work area clean and tidy and following all of the safety precaustions is also required
This job has a variety of machining and grinding oporunities. We support other local, and national, companies on short run production jobs as well as prototype work. Every job we do is important to our customers and finding qualified talent is key. This job is not running the same part over and over. It is more than just hitting the green go button.

Dongo Tool is convieniently located in a north eastern suburb of Minneapolis. It is close to hwy 10 and hwy 65. We have been in business for over 50 years. We primarily specialize in Precision grinding but we also offer machining services.
