Ricart Automotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our Buick, GMC, and Chevrolet Pre-Owned sales team. If you're a driven leader who knows how to build strong teams, close deals, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
• Manage  used inventory and monitor performance metrics
• Support negotiations and closings
• Partner with Finance and Service for a seamless buying experience
• Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent

What You Bring:

• Proven automotive sales management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales processes
• CRM experience and a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet required MVR standards
