committed to excellence, and we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
This position can be in office, hybrid, or remote. Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Friday's!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal
injury law (Washington State) and will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement disbursement.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
● Be the leader of a team of 2 Case Managers and 2 Legal Assistants and 275 cases
● Excellent at managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work well with others and enjoy a team environment
● Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations
● Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
● Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
● Maintain organized case files and documentation in Filevine or similar CMS
● Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
● Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the pre-litigation process
Qualifications:
● Happy and dedicated to helping others
● Knowledge of Ai tools
● Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
● Active license to practice law in Washington State
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation
● Strong negotiation and communication skills
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
