Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Managing the pre-litigation process of personal injury cases, ensuring all case files are properly prepared and organized.
2. Communicating regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other relevant parties to gather all necessary information and documentation.
3. Conducting initial case evaluations and investigations, identifying potential legal issues and strategies.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and submitting legal documents such as demand letters, medical chronologies, and settlement proposals.
5. Assisting attorneys in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials.


Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Case Manager, preferably in a personal injury law firm.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law and pre-litigation procedures.
3. Excellent case management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
4. Proficient in using case management software and other legal research tools.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
