Pre-Closer/Post Closer

• Review lender documents, add any additional required documents, and ensure documents are in proper order. 
• Verify lender documents have been prepared accurately. 
• Securely deliver completed package to the closing agent. 
• Set up provisions for the return of the executed closing package from the closing agent.

• Make certified copies of all recording documents. 
• Place documents in the required stacking order. 
• Proof documents for all required signatures, dates, and complete notary acknowledgments. 
• Scan the complete closing package into the imaging system for file retention. 
• Return the complete package to the lender via overnight courier.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience is preferred but not required. 
• Ability to work overtime.
