Practice Resource Attorney – Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced Practice Resource Attorney to join our Real Estate practice group.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners to design and implement initiatives that strengthen the group’s knowledge base and client service capabilities.

What You’ll Do

Develop and lead substantive and skill-based training programs for the Real Estate practice.
Create and maintain knowledge resources, including model forms, best practices, and precedent banks.
Monitor and share updates on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Support client-facing initiatives by preparing presentations, briefing notes, and client updates.
Partner with Business Development to identify opportunities and produce client-focused materials.
Serve as a resource for attorneys on knowledge management tools and processes.

What We’re Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or knowledge management role.
Strong background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures.
Excellent drafting, research, and organizational skills.
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Tech-savvy with an aptitude for leveraging technology in knowledge management.
Collaborative, pragmatic, and flexible approach to problem-solving.
