We are seeking a hands-on, highly engaged Practice Manager to lead a close-knit, high-performing Radiation Oncology team of fewer than 10 professionals . This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment , where visibility, accountability, and meaningful relationships with both staff and physicians are central to success.
You will oversee the daily operations of a specialized oncology practice, working closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys being directly involved, making decisions quickly, and leading by example in a small-team setting .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small, highly skilled team of radiation oncology professionals, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and excellence.
- Own day-to-day operations , ensuring smooth workflow, patient satisfaction, and efficient resource utilization.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine policies and procedures to support both clinical and administrative functions.
- Partner closely with physicians , aligning operational priorities with clinical goals while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
- Monitor financial performance , contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to sustain growth and profitability.
- Evaluate and adapt practice operations in response to evolving healthcare regulations and local market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as organizational ethics and business practices.
- Oversee reporting and analytics , using data to guide decision-making and improve practice performance.
- Coordinate technology and systems needs , ensuring tools effectively support a streamlined, modern practice environment.
- Maintain open, transparent communication , ensuring all team members are informed, engaged, and aligned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience , including at least 2 years leading a team .
- Radiation oncology experience strongly preferred.
