A leading healthcare organization in the Silver Spring area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations within a Radiation Oncology practice. This is a high impact leadership role ideal for someone passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting high quality oncology care.
What You Will Do
Manage daily operations of a radiation oncology practice to ensure efficiency and quality patient care
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational objectives
Drive financial performance through strategic planning and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and support practice staff while partnering closely with physicians
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Evaluate business conditions and recommend process improvements
Oversee reporting, communication flow, and practice wide systems
Assist in the planning and coordination of new office locations
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
7 plus years of healthcare management experience
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong operational, communication, and organizational skills
Experience supporting oncology or specialty practices preferred
