As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the engine that powers the day-to-day success of the clinic. From leading staff and optimizing workflows to ensuring an outstanding patient experience, you’ll help create a practice where both patients and employees feel supported, respected, and cared for.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance improvement
Monitor clinic productivity, revenue cycle processes, and operational metrics
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
Collaborate with providers to continually improve patient care and service
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and healthcare operations preferred
Additional Job Description
Education: GED or High School diploma is required. Bachelor Degree is preferred.
