Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and enhance innovative business solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on Dataverse-based roadmap solutions, automate workflows, develop engaging Power Apps experiences, and deliver insightful Power BI reporting for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve Dataverse data models including tables, relationships, business rules, choices, and auditing while implementing role-based security aligned with reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps for roadmap intake, prioritization, status updates, and portfolio management, ensuring usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and governance routines with robust error handling and logging.
- Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards, creating semantic models with Power Query and DAX, implementing Row-Level Security, optimizing performance, and supporting stakeholder-ready reporting.
- Manage application lifecycle and deployments across environments using Power Platform Solutions, environment variables, and versioning standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs, provide documentation, training, and ongoing post-launch support.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse data modeling and security, model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI data modeling, DAX, and reporting.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security in Power BI, preferably dynamic RLS, and optimizing report performance for Dataverse-connected datasets.
- Proficiency with Power Platform Solutions, environment-based deployments, and ALM practices.
- Strong technical communication skills with the ability to deliver executive-ready outputs.
- Integration experience with tools such as GIT, Agility, Teams, Outlook, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Advanced experience in roadmap/timeline visualization including Gantt patterns and Deneb/Vega-Lite.
Desired Skills
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Platform Developer or related) is highly preferred.
- Experience in delivering scalable solutions with maintainable patterns, reusable components, and standards-based development.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly applications and dashboards.
