What You’d Do in This Role:

At Ramsey Solutions, we’re not just automating tasks—we’re simplifying how the entire organization operates. As a Power Platform Administrator, you’ll play a key role in reducing complexity and building scalable systems that help teams move faster and work smarter.

You’ll design and own event-driven automation and system integrations using Power Platform and Azure tools, connecting workflows across the business and eliminating manual effort. This role goes beyond maintenance—you’ll evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and proactively build solutions that improve reliability, security, and efficiency. You’ll partner closely with Cloud Engineering, IT, and business teams to turn complex processes into streamlined, well-managed automation.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3–5+ years of experience with Power Platform, Azure automation, or similar tools.
• You’ve built integrations across systems using APIs and enjoy solving complex workflow challenges.
• You think in systems—able to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions, not just execute tasks.
• You prioritize security and structure, ensuring workflows are reliable and well-governed.
• You’re comfortable troubleshooting and improving production systems, not just building new ones.
• You take ownership and move with urgency, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
• You communicate well and can partner across technical and non-technical teams.

• You quickly understand the current automation landscape and become a force multiplier across the business.
• Existing workflows are stabilized, optimized, and easier to maintain.
• New automation opportunities are identified and executed proactively, reducing manual work.
• Systems and integrations are scalable, secure, and thoughtfully designed.
• You become the go-to expert for automation, helping teams operate more efficiently while reducing technical debt.
