What You’ll Do:
- Data Architecture & Strategy: Evaluate and design a structure for West Side Tractor raw data collection from various data sources
- Business Requirements Analysis: Gather and understand business requirements for data analysis
- Data Preparation & Transformation: Acquire, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Report & Dashboard Development: Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that meet business needs
- Advanced Analytics & Metrics: Create complex calculations and measures to support decision-making
- Data Security: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
- Issue Resolution & Optimization: Troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance Power BI reports and data models
- User Enablement & Training: Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve BI processes, tools, and reporting practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field required
- Power BI Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
- System Experience: Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics data
- Professional Certification: Power BI certification strongly preferred
- Data Modeling & Visualization Skills: Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization best practices
- Data Warehousing Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly communicate insights and collaborate with both technical and business teams
