What You’ll Do:
As a Powder Coater, you will:
  • Prepare metal components for finishing by cleaning, masking, and pre-treating surfaces to ensure optimal coating adherence.
  • Apply powder coating or industrial paint using spray techniques, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish on a variety of metal products.
  • Operate and maintain coating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects, making adjustments as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote a safe workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in powder coating or industrial painting within a metal manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of coating equipment and application techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
