Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance & Optimization Analysis
Analyze portfolio-level performance, return attribution, and risk-adjusted outcomes
Identify opportunities to optimize capital allocation across portfolio companies
Support scenario analysis to evaluate trade-offs between growth, leverage, and exit timing
KPI & Value Creation Analytics
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track operational and financial performance
Analyze trends in revenue growth, margins, cash flow, and capital efficiency
Identify underperformance drivers and potential optimization levers
Strategic Portfolio Support
Support portfolio rebalancing, follow-on investment decisions, and capital redeployment
Assist in evaluating bolt-on acquisitions, refinancing strategies, and exit alternatives
Partner with portfolio teams on growth initiatives and operational improvements
Investment & Committee Support
Prepare portfolio review materials and performance summaries for investment committees
Present data-backed insights on portfolio concentration, exposure, and downside risk
Support fund-level forecasting and performance tracking
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with investment, operations, finance, and portfolio management teams
Support coordination between deal teams and portfolio operations resources
Assist in standardizing portfolio monitoring and optimization frameworks
