Job Summary
Oversee a portfolio of 40+ transformation projects. This role focuses on portfolio oversight, data-driven insights, and executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track multiple projects (progress, risks, dependencies)
- Ensure data accuracy & reporting across PM tools (Wrike preferred)
- Partner with PMs to provide guidance and governance
- Analyze data to identify trends and drive decisions
- Present clear, concise updates to senior leadership
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Program/Portfolio Management, PMO, or Transformation
- Experience managing large, complex project portfolios
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication & executive presentation skills
