Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Portfolio Performance Intelligence

  • Analyze financial and operational performance across portfolio companies

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers impacting portfolio outcomes

  • Track performance versus underwriting cases, budgets, and strategic plans

KPI Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Evaluate portfolio KPIs related to growth, profitability, liquidity, and efficiency

  • Develop insight-driven summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and inflection points

  • Support standardization of KPI definitions and performance benchmarks

Investment & Operating Team Support

  • Partner with investment professionals and operating teams to answer strategic questions

  • Provide analytical support for value-creation initiatives and performance improvement plans

  • Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for decision-makers

Portfolio Reviews & Investment Committee Support

  • Prepare materials for portfolio reviews, operating partner meetings, and IC discussions

  • Synthesize portfolio data into executive-ready insights and recommendations

  • Highlight portfolio-wide themes and cross-company learnings

Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis

  • Support analysis for add-on acquisitions, refinancing, and exit readiness

  • Assist with portfolio stress-testing, scenario analysis, and downside assessments

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio intelligence processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field
