<div><strong>Porter/Housekeeping/Maintenance<br/></strong><br/></div><div>Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment throughout the residence.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Reporting Line:</strong><br/> Reports to the Superintendent.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Completing all scheduled housekeeping and janitorial duties in order to maintain a clean, sanitary environment in the facility.</li><li>Providing clients with needed supplies (i.e., soap, toilet tissues, linens, towels).</li><li>Assisting clients in physically moving in and out of the facility.</li><li>Operating and maintaining all maintenance equipment within the facility safely and responsibly, and vouching for all facility tools when used.</li><li>Assisting the Superintendent in maintenance and repair duties as assigned.</li><li>Should have basic repair skills.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED and good character references from school or previous job.</li></ul><div><br/></div><div><em>The above job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisory and other management personnel as required.</em></div>
